Beth has over 15 years experience in the fitness and nutrition industry and works with cannabis enthusiasts and the canna-curious on mindful eating and mindful movement with a passion for educating on the powers of CBD, THC and everything in between. Beth used cannabis to help overcome years of yo-yo dieting, disordered eating, low motivation and willpower. Currently Beth uses cannabis and strength training to manage anxiety and depression. Her signature program “CannaFit” helps women to establish and keep healthy habits such as consistent exercise and meal organizing, and to lose weight sustainably. She helps clients pair the right type of cannabis to reduce stress, emotional and boredom eating and overcome any obstacles to their fitness and nutrition goals. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Beth has worked with clients of all walks of life, specializes in strength training, mobility, core strength, taught group fitness at gyms, online and works with small groups and individuals.
