Weed Schnitzels

It’s officially time for the marijuana recipe of the week! I am Christine Sclafani for The National Marijuana News and I have a question for you. How many of you like German food? Get your hands up. Let’s see, 1, 2, 3. Oh well it looks like all of you like German food.
How about some schnitzels then? Oh yeah! How about some weed schnitzels? Yeah that is even more exciting. For this you will need cannaoil. You will also need 4 large chicken breasts, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, seasoning and regular olive oil. Cut the chicken breasts into slices and then pound them with a hammer until you get them as thin as you would like.
Then in one bowl beat your eggs, and in another bowl mix the bread crumbs and seasonings together. Put some medium to high heat under a frying pan and pour enough regular oil into the pan to cover around a quarter inch of the schnitzels and then add in about 1 tablespoon of cannaoil.
Dip your pounded chicken breast slices into the beaten eggs and then into the bread crumb mixture. Place them in the hot pan until each side turns a golden brown which should take about 5 minutes a side. Have a small get together with some friends that like to stay lifted and you can look forward to a great night.
