Oh boy, it’s my favorite segment of the week! Weed recipes for The National Marijuana News!
Today we are going to go over another treat that may not be the healthiest, but certainly is tasty. Roasted weed potatoes. Now this one takes something a little tricky. You need to get your hands on some duck or goose fat. I know, that part may not sound delicious, but please bear with me, and by the way, chicken fat will work too.
After chopping up your potatoes into cubes and boiling them in salted water until they are soft, not mush, just soft, you are going to mix your marijuana oil and bird fat in a roasting pan over medium heat.
Toss the potatoes in a little flour so all the cubes are evenly covered and then put the potatoes in the roasting pan. Make sure to flip them so all sides get some of the enriched and infused goodness. Be careful, the oil can spatter.
Then pop the whole roasting pan in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pull them out and turn the potatoes over. Put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes or so until they are nice and golden.
This culinary masterpiece can turn your party into a true extravaganza.
