Throughout this pandemic cannabis has been an ongoing theme. Is it essential? Should dispensaries be open? What about curb side pickup? Should it be only delivery? Do marijuana companies qualify for federal aid? Will Covid-19 help force federal legalization? These are the questions being asked all around the country. As the weeks continue to unravel, TNMNews will keep you updated on what is happening in the cannabis space because we can all use a joint about now… and it might be time to get a new pipe or bong. Oh and no sharing!

So while marijuana has been deemed essential, the Cannabis Cafe had to close because it’s a restaurant as opposed to a dispensary. Luckily though, the team has worked with the city of West Hollywood to find a safe way to operate during this global pandemic.

Today is the day when America’s First Cannabis Cafe turns into the World’s First Cannabis & Food Drive-Thru. That’s right! You can now go to the Cannabis Cafe in West Hollywood and get your food and your pot in one easy to access location.

The Cannabis Cafe has stated that the safety of their staff and guests is top priority. They are taking all precautions: employees have their temperature taken before entering cafe premises, gloves and masks are worn at all times, hourly hand-washing, social distancing of staff and guest interactions. When paying by credit card, they will even give you an alcohol wipe to sanitize after the transaction.

Here’s how it works.

They also have new hours of operation and it all starts today at noon:
