Oh yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! It is weed recipe time and my mouth is watering just thinking about this culinary delight I am about to just hand over to you. My name is Christine Sclafani, this is The National Marijuana News and I try to have a new recipe for you each week. If you are a vegetarian, then you should shut this off right now! If you don’t, the draw to eating skirt steak may be way too overwhelming for you!

One of my favorite Brazialian/Argentinian dishes is Churrasco with Chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri is the most savory steak sauce in the world and I am going to explain to you how to infuse it with weed! Okay, first go buy a couple of bushels of parsley, some fresh garlic, jalapenos, white vinegar and vegetable oil. Chop up the parsley finely and place it in a bowl. Chop up maybe 4 or 5 cloves of garlic and 2 jalapeno peppers very finely. Mix them all together and pour in the white vinegar to fill the bowl to about half of the contents in the bowl.

Then polish it off with some weed infused vegetable oil to just cover the top of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper, mix it all very well and put it in the fridge. Stir it again whenever you think of it and let it marinate overnight. Make sure you grill your skirt steak, but don’t overcook it. Sit down with another meat lover and a glass of fantastic red wine and enjoy the meal of a lifetime that will keep you smiling for hours to come!
