It is time for another marijuana recipe! I am Christine Sclafani and I think tuna may be the greatest fish in the sea. Itโ€™s boneless, bright red color makes it unique and a favorite for chefs around the world to work with. Itโ€™s high in mercury, so you canโ€™t eat it all of the time, but when you do, why not make it high in THC too!

This is a complicated recipe so grab a pen and paper so you can take notes. You can pause me in some awkward pose, like this (awkward pose for a moment), and then play me again when you are ready. Ready? Here we go. You need to buy a fresh bright red tuna loin and with a very sharp knife cut long steaks from it about a half inch thick and then cut the steaks into small cubes.

Place the cubed tuna into a bowl, then finely chop up seeded and peeled cucumbers, peeled ginger, red peppers and cilantro. Add in a small amount of capers and masago eggs. Masago eggs can be found in most grocery stores and comes in a caviar sized jar full of these beautiful little orange or red eggs. They are salty and if you like seafood, which you must if you are still listening, they are delicious. Mix it all together with citrus soy sauce and I would take the time to infuse sesame oil with some weed. You donโ€™t need a lot of sesame oil so try and make it potent oil. Salt and pepper to taste and let it chill in the fridge. I like to use cookie cutters to shape the tare tare when I service it and you can always add some infused olive oil to decorate the plate with. So, thatโ€™s it! If you like sushi, you should love this!
