Cloud 9 opened in 2006 and is the longest running body art studio offering both tattoo and body piercing in the metropolitan Birmingham area. We are fully licensed and inspected by Jefferson County Department of Health and always meet or exceed the standards set by the Alabama Department of Public Health. Since opening we have expanded our body art services to include semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing (permanent makeup) and microblading. We carry a large selection of fine body jewelry crafted of gold, rose gold, white gold, implant grade titanium andniobium with a selection of Swarovski crystals, diamonds and other genuine stones.
